Does Severe Pain In The Legs Post TIA Need Immediate Medical Attention?

My mom has had several tias and last one happened Oct 2014 after dr changed her meds. She has been complaining about her legs hurting and today she was having trouble standing at the grocery store. My dad helped her back into car but she complained that she was walking ok. At home she was walking very slow and still insisted she was walking ok. She is resting now and not sure if we should wait until morning to take her to the hospital. What do you suggest?
