Does Severe Pain In The Pelvic Area Need Medical Attention?

I need to find out if I should goto the ER now or Can I wait until tomorrow. I been having pelvic pain on my left side. And it traveling down my left leg. My Right leg is fine. Right now we're under a bizzard storm. But I don't know if I should go or not
