Does Sex In Foetal Position Cause Trauma To The Urethra?

My husband and I have sometimes had sex with me laying on my right side in a fetal position and his inserting his penis vaginally from the rear. I have noticed that sometimes after sex, it seems difficult to urinate, i.e., it takes a while just sitting to begin. I seem to remember a doctor s telling me something about that position causing some trauma to the urethra and being sometimes the cause of UTI s. Is this correct or am I mis-remembering?
