Does Sickness, Abdominal Bloating, Back Aches And Dizziness Indicate Sign Of Pregnancy?

I had protected sex on the last day of my periods after that I have been feeling sick ,my stomach feels bloated ,I'm even nauseous. I have white vaginal discharge but its not thick, I have slight back aches,my head feels a little bit dizzy could I be pregnant?
