Does Sickness And Dizziness After Having Sex Indicate Pregnancy?

I'd like to know if I'm pregnant. It's been a week and a bit, roughly since me and my boyfriend did anything. I looked up the symptoms of early pregnancy. I feel slightly sick and dizzy and rather faint. But I don't know if this is just feeling generally sick or unwell.
