Does Skin Colored Bump On Scrotum Indicate Genital Wart Or HPV?

Hi, I noticed a singular skin colored bump on the lower end of my scrotum. It is 0.5 cm or less wide and has a very little elevation. It turned skin colour - whitish after I take a shower and then goes back to normal. Is this a genital wart/HPV? I have only had 1 sexual partner and we were both virgins when we did it.
