Does Skin Tag On Armpit Keep Growing And Falling By Itself?

i Had a skin tag in my armpit which fell off itself five years bac. Few months back a small mole type skin tag grew from the same spot and fell off itself. The color of the mole was black and brown and was tiny. I wanted to know if its going to regrow again?
