Does Skipping Prostate Medicines Cause Blood With Ejaculation?

I had blood come out of Penis with ejaculation. I have not used one of my Prostate meds for about 2 weeks, Rapaflo caps. Express scripts would not refill because of a change in doctors. I don't know if this was related but never had blood before.
