Does Sleeplessness, Over-thinking, Headache And Neck Pain Indicate Anxiety Disorder?

Hi, I m here to ask if I have an anxiety disorder, I m always worring about things and I can t sleep very well my neck is head is always hurting and I pick the skin off my lips and nails all the time. My breath always quickens and I don t know what to do .
