Does Slight Headache After A Fall Need Medical Attention?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... I fell backwards on the pavement about a half hour ago. I had a slight headache for a few minutes afterwards and I very tired (mind you I've been up since 6 am and it is now midnight.) I don't know if I should see a doctor. The Natasha Richardson case comes to mind.... I am not dizzy. I had two alcoholic drinks this evening about an hour apart and the last one was at least an hour and a half ago.
