Does Smelly And Mucousy Diarrhea Indicate Sign Of Amoebic Dysentery?

Hi, my son 5 yrs old has vomiting and diarrhea since last night. He complained of stomach pain. He wriggled all night to find the right position that his stomach wouldn t hurt him. In the morning, he wouldn t eat anything. He has little sip of ORS then vomit a bit after twice. In the afternoon, he has a bit of boiled rice. We gave him paracetamol for fever. His stool was smelly and mucousy. I wasn t sure if he has amoebic dysentery.
