Does Smoking Marijuana Cause Heath Complications In An Anemic Person?

Hi. I have anemia, being treated with 60 mg prednisone daily. Being treated for possible autoimmune hemolytic anemia. In my 3rd week of treatment, somewhat stabilized at 7.7 rbc. Question is, can smoking maurijuana help or hinder my health right now?
