Does Smoking Marijuana Cause Tightness In Chest?

It feels like my heart is tightenin up been happening for 4 str8 days checked my blood pressure it was 116 over 79 and my sugar levels was at 81...i am 31 5 11 245lbs...i dont drink i dont smoke cigarrettes but i do smoke marijuana... I have no insurance and im scared.
