Does Smoking Weed Affect The Effectiveness Of Antibiotics?

Hi,I was diagnosised with a UTI and was percribed bactrim.I was taking the antibiotic for six days,only had one day left and I felt worst than I did before I was even diagnosed.I went back to the ER and they said that the antibiotic wasn t working and gave me ciprofloxacin.If I smoke weed will it affect the use of the antibiotics.?
