Does Snorting Adderall Lead To An Infection In The Tonsils?

While in college I decided to try snorting my adderall after a while I started feeling a pressure on my tonsils and now I believe they are infected. But also while I was there I smoked a lot of weed and smoked cigarettes. I've been home for almost two weeks now I haven't snorted anything or smoked anything and I just want to know if snorting adderall could have caused this.
