Does Sore And Painful Shoulder Post Injury Suggest Pinched Nerve?

Hey so I got into a car accident back in october and had glass from my window breaking in my shoulder, ever since then my shoulder gets sore and aches and hurts when i move it sometimes and my arm and fingers go numb and tingly, do you think this is a pinched nerve? or what? I got an MRI done but the doctor made it for my neck and it came out clear but my injery is in my soulder not neck so i dont think it would be shown in the neck. Thanks for your help.
