Does Sore Throat, Severe Pain In Ear And Overproduction Of Wax Mean Cancer?

Hi there, I'm 22 years old and I'm wondering if I have throat cancer....I smoke and drink far too often and I. Have hpv.....I just came off of a 3 day drinking and smoking binge and I noticed I have a sore throat! Its not horrilbe just more like an annoying little pain ...also I've noticed in the past two days my ear has been hurting while I sleep it almost feeling a screw being screwed in there ...but when I wake up its fine ...I mean occasionaly over the past year I've had a few sharp pains in the ear during the day but nothing I was too worried about ....though it was due to over-production of earwax....I don't have insurance so I want to make sure its a real concern b4 heading to the doc.
