Does Spotting And Seeing Blood At 7 Weeks Pregnant, With No Fetal Pole Visible On A Scan, Indicate A Possible Miscarriage?

Hi, I am 7weeks pregnant. , just started spotting, went to the Dr , and was asked to do a pelvic scan , the scan revealed that there was no foetal pole seen and the scan to be repeated in 2 weeks , as I speak now , I am seeing blood as if my menses is on , Does it mean I already have miscarriage ?
