Does Spotting Effect The Efficacy Of The BC Pill?

i have just started taking the pill and i have been spotting the last few days ( brown in colour ) . im planning to have sex in 5 dayys for the first time but i should stop my packet for the placebo week. im going to skip that week and go straight to the second packet. but im scared if i have sex will the spotting make the pill less effective there fore lead to pregnancy

i will use a condom too .
