Does Staff Related Cyst Causes Severe Bone Pain?

I had a bump come up on my inner thigh. I went to the doctor and he gave me an antibiotic telling me it was a staff related cyst . I m having severe bone pain in my legs tailbone & lower back. My arms are starting to ache and feel limb as well. Is there anything you think this could be?
