Does Stomach Pain, Bloating, Nausea And Constipation Indicate Sign Of Cancer?

I have had stomach pain, bloating, constipation and nausea for about a year on and off. it is now DAILY! it feels as if my stomach itches inside as well. I am at the point to where this is causing me to lose my appetite. I have been diagnosed with diverticulosis, 2 hernias and an ulcer as well as H-pylori. I have been treated for pylori 3 times and I dont seem to be getting better. Could this be cancer? Is there a blood test to find out?
