Does stomach ulcers cause growling stomach. Other symptoms I have are: my stomach feels like I'm hungry all the time kinda pain, alittle nasua just sometimes feeling like I could vomit but never do, symptoms get worse at night and when I first wake up. Limited appetite in the mornings but then as the day goes it gets better. Is this stomach ulcers?
