Does Stress Lead To Eyes Wobbling And Sleeplessness?

I woke up in the middle of the night 3 different times to the feeling of my eyes wobbling back and forth, I felt alert yet unable to stable my surroundings, what is causing this? I ve been under and extreme amount of stress which has caused some sleepless nights but I don t understand this wobbling in my eyes, I felt as if I was having a seizure, which I ve never had one before
