Does Strong Ammonia Smell In Urine Indicate UTI?

I was told I don t have a UTI yet my urine smells really strong almost like lemons or ammonia. I drink plenty of water and juice, but I barely eat. I just found out I am pregnant (12 weeks) but I had 4 children and I don t recall this smell or if so, having it this long.
