Does Sunburn Feeling In Head, Back, Arms And Legs Indicate Shingles?

My mother has shingles. Two of my kids, Sister, and I have been experience sunburn burning feeling to head, back, arms, one side of legs and hands. We were all diagnose with strep throat prior. The burning sunburn feeling is spread. Could we have gotten shingle? It has been going on 6 day now. I am experience so tingling on face, arm, legs, and back. I been to the doctor and they don't know what it could be? They have not done any tests of any kind
