Does Swollen Breasts And Delayed Period Indicate Pregnancy?

I'm a healthy 45 year old with pretty regular cycles still. Had unprotected sex 10 days into my last cycle. Took Plan B about 35 days ago. Had a full heavy period 4 days later with no other side effects. Now, as I wait my regular cycle (which is late) I'm feeling very aroused, bloated, with heavy, tender, swollen breasts. Could I be pregnant?
