Does Swollen Nymph Node In The Neck Need Medical Attention?

I have had 3 injections last Tuesday typhoid, hep a and dip/polio I know have a pea size lump on the left side of my neck I ve had this before not as big last year went for blood tests and ultra sound was told it was a gland and nothing to worry about should I be worried?
