Does Swollen Spot In The Keloid Scar Indicate Cyst?

I have a severe burn to my face that healed but turned into a keloid. I have had a surgeries to try to remove the keloid but it doesn't go away. Now I have a huge scar of my face that resembles a keloid but there is a spot in the scar that swells up and oozes pus and a sticky substance and it bleeds. could that spot be a cyst or is the whole scar a cyst?
