Does Symptoms Of Menstruation But No Bleeding Indicate Pregnancy?

good day Doctor, i have a problem with my menstruation, i am 3days late, which is complety unusual to me the only time i had it is in 2009 when i was pregnant, i have all my symptoms of menstruation but no bleeding;am i pregnant again, really i am not ready for a baby now because my baby is only 9months, can you please help me because i am desperate.
