Does Taking 2 Birth Control Pills On Same Day Cause Diarrhea And Cramping?

Hi there. I have been taking Ortho-Tri-Cyclen Lo Tabs (birth control) for about five months… I forgot to take the 18th pill so i took it the next day with pill 19. The day after I forgot to take pill 20 so i took it the next day with pill 21. The day after that I forgot to take my pill at night so I took it right when i remembered in the morning….. Now I have diarrhea, cramping and I'm spotting… Can this be from taking my birth control so irregularly? Is there anything I can do? Im up to pill 24 of 28, should i stop taking them and just forget about this pack? Thank you!
