Does Taking Amoxicillin For Throat Infection Cause Swelling Around Vaginal Area?

Ive got AV and am post menopause I got a throat glad infection and started taking Amoxycillin 500m 2x a day 3 days later Ive developed what looks like a red slightly swollen area of skin on my outer mons on the inside of them and the hood of my clittoras
Is this a side affect to Amoycillin,Thank you
