Does Taking Cipro And Macrobid Cause Elevation In Potassium Level?

Hi, I have just had blood work due to a bladder infection, the results came back as very high potassium, Could this happen because ive been on very high mgs od medicine for three weeks now, Cipro 1000mg a day, Microbid 500mg a dsy and a form of ampicillin 1000mg a day.would this have caused my potassium to be so high and will it go back down
