Does Taking Duphaston Cause Abdominal Cramps,back Pain And Headache?

My doctor calculate my fertility at the 14th day from the 1st day of my mp. My husband and I had sex on the 12th and 13th day. But my doctor advised me to take duphaston on the 16th day and for 10 days.but now 10-11 days from the day we had sex I felt somthing missy. I felt my left ovary cramping, small pinch on my pelvic, backpains, i felt tired on my thighs and tolerable headache, bloated stomach and nauseua.is this only the symptoms of duphaston? Or this is already the early symptons of pregnancy?
