Does Taking Duphaston Help In Conception?

My doctor prescribed me to take duphastan 3 times a day from 20th day of my period. I had very painful period in last two months with the pain in my lower back and abdomen. I am trying to concieve from last december. How could duphastan help me? My each cycle takes 30-35 days.
