Does Taking Mifeprin Cause Headaches?

Our gynec doctor has recommend 1 doze Mifeprin 200 tablet ( 1 no ) AND after 48 hrs 4 tablets of Zitotec 200 for 40 days of my last period as my urine test is positive. After taking mifeprin, i am suffering too much headace, is this ok ? is the medicine given by doctor is ok ?
