Does Taking Mini Pill Cause Any Changes In The ALT Level?

I had a liver function test done as some routine bloods and my alt level came back at 64 , I m not obese and I don t drink or smoke I m 28 years old only medication I take is the mini pill . I m worried about the results as I ve never had a liver test out the range
