Does Taking Modus Cause Changes In Menstrual Cycle?

hello doctor, i am 34 yr old. I have been taking modus 10 from day 14 to day 21 of my period. last period was on 15th dec 2014. it started 3 days after i stopped taking modus 10. the i again started modus on 30th dec and stopped on 6 th jan. had inetrcousre on 1 st jan. have not got my periods as yet. want to know what are the chances of pregnancy?
