Does Taking Teva-Pantoprazole Cause Rise In Heart Rate And Breathlessness?

I am taking teva-pantoprazole 40 MG my mouth gets dry and some time I am having hard time to breathe and swallow. My heart beats faster and feels like I have something in my throat that I cannot swallow. Sometimes, my hand and leg gets numb. Should I still take this medication? Thank you.
