Does Taking Vyvanse Affect Dental Anesthesia, And Should I Take My 30mg Dose Before A 5pm Dental Appointment While Travelling?

Hi. I am travelling so I can not access my normal dentist. I have a tooth with a filling that is starting to hurt. I have no idea what they will do. I started vyvanse 30mg a few weeks ago. I take it at 7am. I am seeing the dentist at 5pm. Some people say it affects anaesthetic, some say it does not. The drug leaflet isnt helpful either. Do I take it or not? English is not the first language here so I am worried.
