Does Taking Zofran During Pregnancy Lead To Vision Problems In Children?

I took ondansetron,which is Zofran, while pregnant with my kids. They are both farsighted to an extreme. My son is also autistic. I m wondering if the zofran could have caused the vision problems they have, as they are not genetic. I have a family filled with nearsighted people and that is the opposite problem,right???
