Does Taking Antibiotics Be Safe To Treat Fluid In Ear?

I currently have fluid trapped in my ear I ve been to a ent and has put me on antibiotics a couple of times he wants to try on more round before resorting to tubes in the ear. But i m kinda concerned about what was prescribed but I know I need to take something. I just want to know for my height and weight what the best antibiotic would be without too many harmful side effects
