Does Taking Polio Vaccination Continuously For 2 Days Harm The Child?

My baby was given polio vaccination last week as part of a national program. . But yesterday again he was given the po lio vaccination as part of his routine vaccination program


Now I am really concerned if it 'll affect him.. please tell me asap if there's anything I need to do
