Does Tear In The Site Of Stitches Long After Child Birth Need Medical Attention?

i had my oldest daughter nearly two years ago and i had stiches. Since then they healed quickly and i have had another daughter about 2 year ago and didn't need stiches. Just recently where the stiches were has torn and i'm just wanting advice what i should do and is it something to worry about?
