Does Teratoma Cause Endometrial Stripe And Ovarian Cysts?

I am a 41 year old female. I have not gone through menopause. I recently found out that I have a 19mm endometrial stripe with hyperplasia. I also have a taratoma on my right ovary, and multiple cysts in both ovaries. Could the taratoma cause all of these symptoms? I am trying to ease my mind as I have a long line of cancer in my family including breast cancer. My dr has sent me for CA125 and HE4 biomarker tests and will do an endometrial biopsy next week. Any help is valued. Trying to keep myself calm.
