Does Testosterone Suppositories Increase The Chances Of Parenthood?

Hi my son had a chance of testrostical @ age 7 we moved back from Texas and a Dr. of the family found one of his sacks had not fallen from birth he then got a specialist that done surgery. He would not pass him for footbal fisical. @ that time and said his chances of having children are not good. he is young if we do this surgery it might increase his chances. but there may come a time when he will have to take totastrene so now he is involved with a young lady that he is serious with. my Question is how reliable is this. he started taking it and is it eligale to take over the counter. He is now 30 yrs. old
