Does The Abrasion On Back Of Hands Take Long Healing Time?

Any cut or abrasion on the back of either hand results in "bleeding under the surface skin as-well as possible bleeding on top (but not necessary so)

NB a very long time to heal (clear up takes two months to completely disappear)

Any thoughts?
