Does The Anteverted Uterus With Thickened Endometrium Mean Pregnancy?

my 1st day of last mens was March 26, 2011. My pregnancy test last april 30 is negative. my ultrasound result says: IMPRESSION > Anteverted uterus with thickened endometrial stripe measuring 20.5 mm. Cervix measures 26.6 x 26.2mm and is intact. My question is, am I pregnant? My mens has not arrived yet up to now. It's already May 3.
