Does The Black Patch Caused Due To Popping Of Blister Heal?

Hi, I developed a lump on my earlobe last week, which happens pretty often to me. They usually just go away on their own. But now it popped and a lot of blood came out (on the back of my earlobe) and there is a dark spot where the blood came out. The swelling is almost gone but I m worried about the dark spot on my ear. It looks like it s under the skin or something. Will it heal on its own or is it some kind of infection?
