Does The Bleeding Lead To Miscarriage At 7 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

Hi I am now 7 weeks and 2 days pregnant. i had pregnancy symptoms in week 5 of my pregnancy.I lost a big clot but still had pregnancy symptoms. 5 days later i lost all pregnancy symptoms and went to EGU where they said my hcg level was 2500, then 2850, then 3000. I was told i was most like going to miscarry. Here i am 2 weeks later, still pregnant - symptoms are all back!! If i was going to miscarry wouldn't i have miscarried by now?
