Does The Cyst In Ovary Affect Sciatic Nerve?

HI Doctor. I am 22 years old and just found out that my cyst on left ovary is now 3.9cm and they are going to check it again in three months. I also have a sciatic nerve that I've had issues with before but I have noticed it bothering more than normal latly. Can the cyst affect the sciatic nerve?
